Dream about losing teeth ??

last night i had a dream where i was losing my teeth. through out the dream im avoiding everyone. Mainly people that want to date me and see me. . they keep wanting to find me. first it starts with one tooth and then progesses. to a few more until i finally spit out the rest in my hand with some blood. i also dream about talking to a dentist and she tells me its okay that they will grow back but i dont understand how but i feel a sense of relief kind of in my dream when she says it. I dont know if this has anything to do with it but a few days ago i found out my gf had been cheating on me and lying to me. any help would be great.

Dream about losing teeth ??
Hey dude,

I%26#039;m a psychology student in England.

Dreams about losing teeth are almost always related to fears about ageing.

However, saying that, Freud actually also said that %26#039;sometimes dreams are just dreams%26#039; - they don%26#039;t necessarily have to have a deeper meaning. Usually if a dream is recurring then it does, or if they have a repeating theme. Maybe you%26#039;re just under stress and that%26#039;s making your mind work overtime.

Either way it%26#039;s not something you need to worry about unless you are seeing a change in your behaviour during the day i.e. when not asleep. If this thing is really affecting your life you need to sit down and really think about what it is that%26#039;s bugging you and why so that you can overcome it - don%26#039;t keep it inside.

That ring any bells?
Reply:It could have to do with the fact that you%26#039;re starting over something new in life and you are aware of the change...possibly you won%26#039;t date for a while and you%26#039;re glad that you won%26#039;t
Reply:I had a similar dream, but the reason I had it was because my mother had a gum disease and had to have all her teeth pulled.

And then I think I was stressing out in my dreams, because I didn%26#039;t think I was brushing my teeth enough. Or it might have been while I was asleep, my wisdom teeth were bothering me, I still haven%26#039;t got them pulled yet.
Reply:dude i had dreams were i lost my teeth all the time, when i had braces. you are probably just haveing the dream because you brushed your teeth before you went to bed and for some reason you had a dream about teeth. and it was probably the first time for you to have that kind of dream. so your mind tried to connect this weird thing thats happening in your dream with something new that happed in your life like your gf cheating on you.....so i don%26#039;t think it ment anything. but maybe you wanted it to.
Reply:When do your teeth naturally fall out?

When you are young and maturing.

Your dentist comfirms it, it%26#039;s just normal, you will be able to chew and digest food (life) normally. Why wouldn%26#039;t you feel at ease about it? Cause you aren%26#039;t doing a very good job of digesting the stuff that%26#039;s been thrown at you lately.

Always remember, %26quot;This too, shall pass.%26quot;

Can you get over this loss by just finding someone else?

Seems you already know the answer to this one.
Reply:Fear of growing up or fear of old age (two times when you lose teeth normally).
Reply:%26quot;Dreaming that you have rotten or decaying teeth, forewarns that your health and/or business is in jeopardy. You may have uttered some false or foul words and those words are coming back to haunt you.%26quot;
Reply:it means sense of loss
Reply:Dreams are simply random electrical impulses that generate in your brain stem. The %26quot;movie%26quot; that you see when you dream is your brain%26#039;s attempt to make sense of this activity, often attaching memories, fantasies, or fears to the neural impulses.
