When do puppies start losing teeth and do they lose all of them.?

My puppy lost one of her teeth and i am just curious about the subject.

When do puppies start losing teeth and do they lose all of them.?
Puppies lose their teeth. My pup is about 4.5 months old and has lost a majority of his teeth. Sometimes not all come out--especially the canines. Because of this, the vet may need to extract the stubborn teeth. Talk to your vet, but it may be wise to wait to neuter/spay your dog until most of his puppy teeth have fallen out. That way, if an extraction is needed, it can be done while the puppy is under anesthesia for the spay/neuter.
Reply:I didnt think puppies lost their teeth!!
Reply:They lose their teeth all thru their puppy years.
Reply:about four to five months when they are weened and when they began to chew on stuff they lose a few at a time.
Reply:yes puppies lose there teeth. At about 3 to 4 months they start to lose their teeth, but probably won%26#039;t notice when they do because they swallow the tooth after it comes out. At least that%26#039;s what my vet said about our puppy, You may notice small amounts of blood on their chew toys but that she be a out it.
Reply:pups will start losing teeth around10-12 wks they do grow back quite quickly though..It really does depend on the health of your pup and how hard they pull on things with those teeth..
Reply:puppies lose there teeth when they are hummm...BORN AS LONG AS THERE IS SOMTHIN TO CHEW THEY CHEW I BELIEVE THEY LOOSE THE A COUPLE OF TIMES GOOD LUCK AND KEEP EVERYTHING OUT OF RANGE AND YOU%26#039;LL BE OK THEY ARE WORTH ALL AND ANY TROUBLE
Reply:They will normally start at about 4 months, and will normally have all their perminent teeth at about 6 months.

Just like kids tho%26#039; every dog is different
Reply:About 4 months old. Although smaller breeds (in the front)

don%26#039;t always lose all their teeth. Your vet will need to remove those. If not it will throw the bite off.
Reply:Puppies a lot like children lose their teeth. They will lose their first set, like we do, and grow in a permanent pair, plus their molars also grow in. They begin to lose them at about 4 months and it usually ends at about 6 months. But it could also depend on the various breed you have or are planning on getting.
Reply:Puppiews start to lose their teeth around3-4 months of age and will be replced with more rounded adult teeth. She will lose all of those little sharp ones in another few months
Reply:They will start loosing their teeth anywhere from 3-5 months.
Reply:my brothers puppy is 5 months and he%26#039;s really losing them now but sometimes they swallow them so you may or maynot find them laying around the house.
