RELAX! You need to take one thing at a time and only worry about that one thing. Once it is completed, then you can move on to the next issue. I would start with the sleep since that is the most important. I would recommend taking something OTC like Advil PM or Tylenol PM until your body gets into a more normal cycle. Eating properly is up to you- you need to cut out all soda immediately- the caffeine is only counteracting everything good you are trying to accomplish. You will be amazed at how wonderful you feel once you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and how fast the weight drops off of you. As for your feet- get a pedicure. That will solve that problem immediately. I would not recommend quitting smoking until you accomplish omst of the things listed above. If you try to do all of these and quit as well...you will go crazy! Remember that you have time and just relax and take one thing at a time...one day at a time. It will work out for you!
Reply:well my advice is as follows, watch what you eat eat lots of small salads and work out as much as you can, for the teeth whitiening it depends on the day of the wedding the best thing to do is start going now, because it takes a couple of visits depending on were you get it done. go to a podiatrist and get the feet checked out. if you cant sleep i suggest ambien it helps. and stay stress free i know its hard but you can do it. Im planning a huge party and i have the same problems. so i hope this helps.

Just take one thing at a time..... ask yourself why are you stopping smoking?.. for me it was a health risk... I do not know why smokers don't realise how scary a stroke or thrombosis can be.
Eating properly is easy just introduce more fruit and veg into your diet and cut out saturated fats... no deep friend stuff.. or at least try and have that stuff once a week even maybe twice a month.
Callouses can be filed down if I remember correctly.
Talk with your Fiance about what you two would like for your wedding.. gather information about venues etc...
Before bed drink some herbal tea to help with sleep.. chamomile for example..
Reply:for ur teeth u could do bleaching at the dentist though that actualy harms your teeth in the long run, according to my dad at least, he's a dentist. he recommends normal polishing at the dentists regularly, that's cheaper anyhow. for weight loss, try reductil, it's a doctor prescribed pill from the uk that cheats ur brain into thinking ur full but it's not to be taken for more than 6 months. it works wonders though you lose like 3kg a week. anyway the healthier alternative is still to go do the gym n do cardio n light weigts. as for ur feet, apply lots and lots of moisturiser, oh yeah n if u wanna lose weight, cut the carb and stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime. hope that helps. anyway chill out. =D
