My daughter just turned 6 yesterday and she already lost 4 teeth and now has another lose tooth?

As a baby she did not get her first tooth until she was about 12 months old. She lost her first tooth at about almost 5 and in that year she lost all 4 bottom teeth. Now she just turned 6 and her top tooth is now loose. Is this normal? My daughter is also Huge for her age she just turned 6 yesterday and she is 4.1" and is 68 pounds. Any advice???

Hi! My son is 6 next week and has just lost his bottom two teeth.

There is nothing at all to worry about.
Reply:Not sure what advice you want? Deciduous teeth are designed to fall out at a hormonal cue from the adult teeth buds as they start to grow.

She doesnt control it, and neither can you, its all up to her body.
Reply:shes fine my daughter, also lost teeth very quickly and sometimes more than 1 at a time
Reply:its probably just normal cause your daughter is big and is gonna mature faster than the kids in her age group
Reply:First, it is normal.

But it doesn't have to do with her size. My son is by far the tallest boy in his 1st grade class, and will be 7 soon, and just now has gotten his first loose tooth.

My daughter has a little friends, who just turned 5 and is one of the smallest in her preschool class that already has a loose tooth.

My friend's twins, who are 6 1/2 have lost 4 baby teeth and already gotten in the 4 adult teeth to replace them. On one time, her daughter had 3 loose at one time!

So you are fine
Reply:Yes! That's normal. All children develop and reach milestones at different ages and stages. Our oldest lost 4 teeth by Kindergarten, while our middle one is going to be 6 and has just lost 1. Just enjoy it!
Reply:It's perfectly normal. My daughter was the same height and weight at the same age and she started losing her baby teeth at around four. I asked the doctor at a check up and he said that she was absolutely fine. She's just destined to be tall. Oh, and after losing all the front baby teeth, the loose tooth thing has stalled. She hasn't had a loose tooth for a while and I know that she still has her baby molars left to lose.
Reply:It is perfectly normal. My daughter lost her teeth the same way she will turn 8 in march and all of those teeth that you are talking about have already came out and grown back.
Reply:My daughter lost 3 teeth in Kindergarten and 2 more in 1st grade. She has a loose one.

From what the dentist told me, it is normal for them to start loosing them at around 5.
