What does losing your teeth in dreams me?

I agree with 'jarm' for the most part, but losing teeth is a frequently noted dream, with 'teeth falling out' frequently dreamed by people anticipating a lot of impending change.

What does losing your teeth in dreams me?
I've heard that is a bad sign.
